Why tickets instead of reservations?
The Estate On Coffee Creek is run by Chef Nicholas Kustala. Being available any time the phone rings is not possible and often phone messages are traded back and forth. This way our guests may make reservations whenever their schedule allows, day or night.
What does the ticket include?
Your ticket is for our tasting menu. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time or we may be unable to serve you.
Is a service charge or gratuity added?
We feel that a gratuity should be left in the hands of the customer, tipping what they feel was warranted for the service and care that they received.
Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?
No. Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater ticket, all sales are final.
Can I give my ticket away or sell it?
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. However, selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to be sure that the ticket and times are as claimed by requesting both an email confirmation from us as well as a printed ticket from the seller. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
Can I just give my ticket away instead of transferring it on this site?
Because we call all ticket holders before they dine with us, we request that the tickets are formally transferred through us. Please contact us at 440-275-5022 to transfer the ticket.
Do you offer a vegetarian option?
The Estate On Coffee Creek accommodates vegetarian diners without compromise to the quality and originality of the cuisine. Please indicate that you wish to have a vegetarian menu when we call to confirm your ticket purchase.
What about allergies or other restrictions?
The Estate On Coffee Creek strives to provide personalized service to our guests. Please indicate your needs when we call to confirm your ticket purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your desires.
What are wine or beverage pairings? When do I order?
When you arrive at Coffee Creek your captain and sommelier will go over all of the beverage pairing options with you. It is best to pre-order your beverage option, we prefer to not have any exchange of currency the night of your meal.
I have a party of 7 or more, how can I buy a ticket?
The largest table at Coffee Creek is for 6 people. If you have a larger party you may inquire about booking the entire restaurant on a Monday or Tuesday evening.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, due to the nature of the menu design, walk-ins are not accepted.
Can I call for tickets?
The Estate On Coffee Creek will hold a limited number of tickets per night for visiting chefs, culinary professionals, and friends of the restaurant. You may email inquiries to: firstname.lastname@example.org
How will I receive my tickets?
When you purchase your tickets you will receive a confirmation email with a clickable link to the PDF tickets, simply print them out or present to us on your smart phone.
